Registration

With every free registration, participants must also purchase a voucher worth €10. This voucher can be redeemed for food and drinks at the conference.

This voucher is redeemable exclusively at the 24th Gulaschprogrammiernacht (GPN24) on the event grounds from June 4 to June 7, 2026. The voucher will expire after June 7, 2026 (the end of the event). No replacements will be issued.

Donation

Voluntary Donation

Contrary to our expectations, the GPN has not been financially self-sustaining in recent years. This year, we need donations of around €80,000 to make GPN24 and future events possible at all.

The GPN is made possible primarily by you and your donations. We need every donation (including yours!) to ensure we can continue celebrating the Gulaschprogrammiernacht in the future!

Your donations are purpose-bound and can only be used by us for the GPN event series. Donations are generally non-refundable.

Merch

This year, advance orders must be placed by 29 April 2026. This is the only way we can guarantee that we will be able to fulfil your orders.

There will be no merchandise on sale at the event* (with the exception of any individual returns or remaining stock).

Returns and Sizeexchange
If we still have stock in other sizes, you can swap any merch that doesn’t fit for the right size at the event.
As it’s not possible for us to keep stock for every swap request, we’ll be organizing the usual merch swap meet, where you’re sure to find someone to swap with.
